Custom Claims method location after AD FS authentication

Good Afternoon,

So, I currently writing some methods to add some custom claims that come back after AD FS has authenticated a user. I was wondering where should I add the custom claims? Is there somewhere that is called right after that? This is an MVC 4 application.
