wsignoutcleanup1.0 in Windows Identity Foundation for multiple Relying Parties

Hi,

When using STS with multiple relying parties, the STS has to send the "wsignoutcleanup1.0" to each RP as a "Get" request. I have this implemented by tracking the RP's and sending this request to each RP when one signs out. I am following the techniques given in Vittori's WIF book. On my logout page of STS where the RP's redirect, I do see a "Green tickmark" returned for each RP indicating that it has signed out. However, it turns out that only the RP where I clicked Logout signs out while others have not. I can even see the FedAuth, FedAuth1 cookies for the other "unsigned out" RP's.

I would expect the SAM/FAM modules on the RP side to handle this since the request seems to reaching each RP (green tickmark). What is going wrong? Can anyone point me anything wrong I am doing?

Note: I even have this modules: runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true" since I am running IIS 7.5 with Windows 7 SP1.
