Hi All, just trying to confirm my knowledge of ADFS 2.0 related to the service communication certificate.
We have one ADFS 2.0 server and one ADFS Proxy server. We use a 3rd party wildcard certificate that has been installed on both servers and the bindings have been updated in IIS on both.
In ADFS MMC, the Service Communication Certificate still contains the old expired certificate. What gets me and shows lack of knowledge is everything is working as expected.
My question is what specifically should or could break with just the ADFS 2.0 MMC showing an expired certificate for Service Communication?
