ADFS same token assessing 2 URL

Dear all, 

Sorry for the stupid question as I am newbie in ADFS. 

I have a Service Now site which enabled ADFS via SAML 2.0 Update 1. In the Service Now site there have 2 URL for difference audience. I would like to know how should I set up in ADFS side in order to allow us to use the same trust to allow user to access 2 URL? As my testing I always able to redirect to 1 URL only although I set up 2 Relaying Trust.
