We have been using our ADFS 2.0 in the last few years, from Zendesk to SalesForce and recently O365. Last week we migrated our Warsaw users mailboxes from on-premise to O365. We also changed their UPN and SamAccountName. This week we've leanred that 1 out of 33 users can't get in to his O365 mailbox. Today this ticket was passed to me... I narrowed it down to his NameIdentifier element wasn't found in the AuthenticationStatement section of the security token. I got this when I ran the MS Connectivity Analyzer.
I tried looking for an answer on the Net but I cannot find a real answer. I am hoping that someone have seen/experienced this issue before and would not mind sharing the resolution.
