ADFS 2012 R2 versus ACS 2.0 (OAuth)

We're currently using ACS as an authentication broker to Facebook, Twitter etc with those services configured as identity providers.

Since ACS seems to be on containment (no PowerShell cmdlets, new features, etc), I'd like to replace it with ADFS 2012 R2. In ADFS can I configure Facebook etc as a claims provider trust which would make it function similar to an identity provider in ACS?

In short is it possible to replace ACS 2.0 with ADFS 2012 R2?
