authentication

             Dear identity experts:

             I have my application with ADFS up and running. I would like to incorporate form authentication into ADFS. Some of our users could not use the ADFS authentication. I know how to do form authentication but I do not know how to incorporate ADFS and form authentication into single web application. This is windows azure application. Thank you in advance.
