Installed / configured ADFS 2012 on our Win2012 VM. Trying to test the IdpInitiatedSignon.aspx page. It does come up in the browser. However, when I click the "Continue to Sign In" button it fails with this error:
"There was a problem accessing the site. Try to browse to the site again.

Inspecting the ADFS event log on the server reveals the following error. I installed the ADFS / AppServer roles along with WAS / Net.Tcp so not sure why getting this error. Please advise.
